    Once you’ve chosen your fixed-cost maintenance plan, using it is simple:

    • When your Volkswagen requires servicing or maintenance, contact your local retailer to book your car in.
    • The retailer will contact us for authorisation to carry out the work.
    • You will be asked to sign only for the completion of the job.
    • Invoices for the authorised work will be met directly by us.
    • You have access to service and maintenance from the Volkswagen network throughout the UK.
    • If the tyre option is included, you have the support of some 800 suppliers nationwide.
