Service intervals for Volkswagen Touareg vehicles bought from 1st August 2005

The Touareg will all be governed by the following new service intervals.

For Time and Distance Service, the service intervals will be;

  • Oil change service - Every 10,000 * miles/1 year

  • Interval service - Every 20,000 * miles/2 years

  • Interval service inspection - Every 40,000 * miles/4 years


For LongLife Service, the service intervals will be;
  • Interval service - Flexible to a maximum of 20,000* miles or 2 years

  • Interval service inspection - Every 40,000* miles or 4 years.

*Please note that all mileages are approximate as the service indicator system uses kilometres as the distance measurement.

MOT

If your Volkswagen is 3 years or older it requires an annual MOT, so it makes sense to ask your Inchcape Volkswagen retailer to take care of this, perhaps at the same time as your service? Then, should any work need to be done, you will already be in the best possible hands.
